How To Trust Again
For you to have everything your heart desires, whether it is in love, a relationship, finances, home, anything, you must open your heart to trust.

You must be clear in your intention to obtain a peaceful life, by trusting yourself again, no matter what happened to you in the past, including experiences of abandonment and/or betrayal.  

You don't have to continue to live in fearful doubt. You don't have to hesitate in your decisions, or hold yourself back from living a life of joyful abundance.

There is hope in choosing to trust again.. Trust is choosing the belief in something as true, and this choice is for your highest good and greatest benefit.

Once you are firm in that intention, your inner guidance will bring you assurance of your choice by guiding you  to information and people that will safely support your intention. You will no longer be  dependent upon other unhealthy people and/or relationships.

They will be individuals with a strong conviction to guard your your well being in your process to trust again. They can be entrusted with your faith to care for and aid you in building confidence to overturn your past negative experiences, that caused you to mistrust yourself.

It’s very simple, just let yourself be guided. Often, you will be guided to people who can assist you in this process who have been through the very same issues as yourself and have the insight to guide you appropriately.

Trust can be defined as a firm reliance on and complete confidence in a person or thing. Start with yourself. Do you trust in yourself, your abilities, and your choices?

Be honest in this answer, for if you don’t, you know that is where to start your process. It will be much easier to trust in the Divine, in others, and in the perfection of each moment for your safe keeping,once you do. I can tell you each moment is truly perfect, and to trust in it, however, you must feel that within your heart.

Meditation To Learn How to Trust Yourself:

In your meditation, practice letting go and trusting yourself. Only do this for that exact moment, don’t think about the future or the past. Intend to be in the moment. Then just “feel” yourself. Feel your energy in your body. It will feel trustworthy and safe.

Next, bring your focus up into your heart. Feel in your heart center this energy of trust. You will feel love for this trust and for yourself. Let this energy fill your heart center. Your heart center is now filled with divine white light. Sit in your meditation for a bit and just enjoy this sensation!
