Free Meditation TechniquesMy Gift to You! In the meantime, these techniques are a little different as you do not focus with your mind, but you instead Feel particular organs in your body, or in your emotional body. Allow yourself 15 to 30 minutes of peaceful undisturbed time twice a day, once in the morning, and once in the evening. I suggest you have your intended desire, choice, healing, or whatever you wish to achieve in the meditation, clearly defined right before you begin. |

Start by finding a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. You may either sit in a chair or on the floor with your back straight. Take in a few deep breaths, inhale through the nose and exhale through either the nose or mouth, whichever you are more comfortable with. Once you feel
relaxed, begin by feeling the soles of your feet, this is your connection to the
earth and is your grounding. Once you actually feel the soles of your feet (most
people report a tingling sensation) you will then endeavor to feel your brain.
This may feel strange at first, since most of us are not used to actually
feeling our brain! You can also feel your hair, the follicles and the strands of
them to their tips, which will help you feel your brain as they are connected to
your brain. You should start to feel a tingling sensation in your brain, and
possibly even a shifting sensation. This is your brain re-structuring to your
defined intention. From there, you may notice that you start to feel a
particular area in your body. Please then feel the corresponding organ to that
area as noted below:
Please note, if
intense emotions
come up, you may then feel the space an arm’s length above your
head, which is where your emotional body is located. Once you determine the
space by lifting your arm up over your head and making a fist, you can lower
your arm and just feel that space. You do not need to do anything but feel it,
which is essentially emptying old emotional programs and patterns! You may need
to practice this one a bit, and if you are having a hard time with it, then feel
your brain, and start the process with your arm again.
